KO-SI once again presents at AGRA

Between August 26th and 31st, 2023, we participated in an exceptional event held at the Pomurski sejem (Pomurski Fair) in Gornja Radgona. This event is one of the largest agricultural fairs in the region, known as AGRA, showcasing the latest technologies in cultivation, breeding, and processing, along with leading global brands in agricultural and forestry machinery and equipment for food processing. Additionally, AGRA offers premium crops, food products, dishes, and wines.

Our company, KO-SI, actively engaged in the fair to showcase our products in line with the concept of sustainable and natural farming and gardening practices. Our booth was filled with innovative products such as mulches for plants and trees, tree wraps, microgreen growing mats, shore protection nets, coconut ropes, coconut substrates, and similar gardening products that play a crucial role in sustainable and eco-friendly cultivation.

One of the main focuses of this year's AGRA was the issue of climate change and its consequences, reflected in natural disasters that affected almost the entire country. With the International Year of Millets, we addressed global challenges in agriculture and food production, recognizing that millets, like proso millet, can thrive in extreme conditions, contributing to global agricultural and food production challenges. At the fair, we discussed the causes, sought assistance models, and contemplated the recovery of damages while also considering long-term solutions to address climate change.

Agriculture, directly impacted by climate change, sought ways to adapt through new crops and protective measures. Simultaneously, urbanization and infrastructure development faced challenges in adopting more thoughtful and sustainable construction practices.

We are delighted to have been part of this event, contributing to raising awareness about the importance of sustainable farming and gardening practices and fostering sustainable development in the agricultural sector. We maintained relationships with existing business partners and established new valuable contacts that will contribute to the continued growth of our company in the direction of sustainable and eco-friendly agriculture.
